We are currently building an Order Routing and Management System for one of Europe's largest banks. The system will intelligently manage the routing of orders placed by external institutions and internal dealers bound for a number of Stock Exchanges, and then handle the resulting trade information.
Systems of this type are becoming increasingly important given the integrated nature of trading in Europe, the introduction in October 1997 of an order driven market in London and the increasing importance of cross border trading in other parts of the world.
The product is derived from a system built by us for the Montreal Stock Exchange Exchange and will form the core of similar systems planned for other Canadian, European and South East Asian clients. A number of prospective clients have been targeted for the preliminary sales cycle which will commence shortly.
