SUMMIT

SUMMIT is a broker/client accounting system incorporating back, middle and front office functionality. Designed for the fully automated broking environment, SUMMIT caters for multi-company, multi-currency and multiple instrument processing. SUMMIT delivers a fully integrated approach from order entry to settlement, real-time position keeping, portfolio functionality, electronic trade confirmation, nominee processing and automated banking.

It is designed to offer the significant advantages of straight-through processing. The designed flexibility of the system will provide brokers with the option of either adopting a fully integrated approach that will allow processing of a trade from the initial order entry through to settlement or to interface with other front-end office products.

Developed for the broking community in conjunction with a major Australian broker, SUMMIT is also being developed as a bureau product in Australia and New Zealand.

SUMMIT demonstrations have been well received with keen interest shown by brokers in the region at the ASIAC '97 conference held in Kuala Lumpur this year. Its integration with SEATS, CHESS, Electronic Trade Confirmation and with external message carriers in Australia, provides a sophisticated, open platform which can be migrated to other markets and systems.
