Professional Share Registry

Our purchase of Registry Managers (New Zealand) Limited, Ernst & Young Registry Services Pty Limited and KPMG Registrars Pty Limited, have added further important businesses to the Company. Whilst we have provided professional share registrar services to Australian companies listed in the United Kingdom for some time now, it has not been on the same scale as operations in New Zealand and Australia. Experience that their staff bring to the table, together with our systems expertise will combine over the coming months to create opportunities for efficiency gains and service improvements which will be beneficial to all concerned.

Whilst RMNZ are currently using their own in-house system to run the share registry, our plans include the installation of Computershare's Cosmos system in New Zealand so that ultimately the share registers of Computershare's clients, whether they be in Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom, will operate from a single data base.
