In the past 12 months Computershare has
taken steps to expand its business by
becoming more involved in the development
and ownership of market services. This
initiative allows Computershare to introduce
impressive technological solutions to each
stage of the market transaction life-cycle.
One of the results of these initiatives is the
development of multifaceted partnerships
with organisations that would otherwise
simply be customers, in turn offering new
ways to sustain and accelerate our growth.
To this end we have formed a strategic business development
team who will source new avenues for existing products,
investigate new securities industry markets and progress
strategic alliance partnerships. In this way we not only acquire
added services for our divisions and their clients but we
position ourself where we can take advantage of new
opportunities as they arise.
